Team Members
Invite and manage team members and their roles.
Manage who has access to your CodeWall organization and what they can do.
Inviting team members
- Go to Settings > Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- Select a role — see User Roles & Permissions for details on what each role can do
- Click Send Invite
The invitee will receive an email with a link to join your organization. Pending invitations can be revoked at any time before the user accepts.
Roles
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Admin | Manage team, targets, tests, integrations, and settings (no billing) |
| Member | Create and manage tests, view and triage findings (default for new invites) |
| Viewer | Read-only access to tests, findings, and reports |

Managing members
From the Team settings page, you can:
- Change a member's role — click the role badge next to the member and select a new role. Changes take effect immediately.
- Remove a member — click the remove button to revoke their access. Any tests or findings they created remain in the organization.
- Revoke a pending invitation — cancel an invitation before it is accepted.
